  • Is there a cost for the initial consultation?
    No. The initial consultation is non-binding and free of charge.

  • Do I need to have a concrete project or a precise idea?
    No. Many clients initially come with questions, uncertainties, or a wish for an assessment. We help with orientation and clarify the needs together.

  • How does one typically start with WITAS?
    In many cases, we start with an IT status assessment. This gives you a clear evaluation of the status and a solid basis for decision-making.

  • Do you replace existing IT service providers or internal teams?
    Only if desired or necessary. In most cases, we work in a complementary, supportive, or coordinating role. We do not take over as a matter of principle, but only when it makes sense.

  • Can you also take over only parts of the operations?
    Yes. Full operational responsibility, partial operations, or selective support, for example in projects or as a backup for internal IT, are possible.

  • How is billing handled?
    Depending on the situation. Billing based on time and material, hourly quotas, or ongoing support with a clearly defined scope are possible. There are no hidden commitments.
